Terms and conditions

This registration is completed on the definite understanding that I (If the player is under 18, Parent or Guardian) am bound to accept the rules and abide by the constitution of Eastern Suburbs Hockey Club Inc and the association I am affiliated with - BWHA or BHA.

I acknowledge that Photographs and Video Footage of myself and/or your child(ren) maybe included on the Eastern Suburbs Hockey Club Inc website, Promotional, Advertising, Fundraising Campaigns, Activities and Newsletters in 2026 and subsequent years. At no time will a child's name or any other personal details be given or displayed.

Should you have any concerns or do not wish you or your child(ren)s photographs or videos to be used, please feel free to contact the organiser of the division you have registered in.

I also agree to abide by the rules for parent and player conduct as set out by the Australian Sports Commission. www.playbytherules.net.au.

I consent to abide by the Volunteer Levy Policy of Eastern Suburbs Hockey Club Inc.

I agree to have all fees finalised by the 31st July 2026 unless a formal arrangement has been made at time of registration or agreed in writing with the Club Treasurer.

All players participating in hockey across Queensland are required to register with Hockey Australia and pay the online registration fee.
